Welcome! I’m Carly, a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience in family law and a focus on ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) law. My career has been a journey of advocacy, commitment, and service to the community, which I am proud to continue as the Law Director for the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court. Outside of this role, and with my clients, I address the legal complexities surrounding surrogacy and fertility law. This focus allows me to navigate the evolving landscape of family planning with the same dedication and skill that has defined by my career in family law.
